Avoid this dealer. They are slime. I bought a new Jetta and was hard sold a warranty from the dealer. It was worthless and the VW Vacaville dealer claimed they had nothing to do with it. When I canceled the warranty I was ripped off. They don’t answer phones or return calls. These guys are not to be trusted !!!

I had made a car purchase at this dealership not long ago and was promised with the purchase of my new car they would install an aux adaptor for my music to play through. it then turns out that they couldn't do it that it had to be an ipod connector. that wasn't the agreement that was in writting. at the end i has no choice but to stick with it i was very upset. it makes me feel they would say anything to get the sale. where's honesty now days

I found them very dishonest, and they wanted me to lie about my income to be able to finance a vehicle from them. I ended up driving around what I thought to be my new vehicle for 2 weeks and then had to return the vehicle because THEY lied to the credit and bank people about my income! Because I am honest and wouldn't LIE about my income I had to return the vehicle, I all so believe that this is the reason America is in the trouble we are in today is because of people and business's like this. I would not recommend them to anyone!
