Walked in off the highway after driving over 700 miles because my fiancee had to use the bathroom (as quickly as possible after a long drive). When we got inside, the clerk was staring into the register drawer and we went straight to the restroom sign and my fiancee goes in. As soon as she shuts the door I hear the clerk literally cussing at us for not saying hello. "I got another one out back for your ass." Then I confront him about it and he tells me we "Look like we have something to hide." Didn't even bother to apologize, just grinned that he got caught badmouthing me and then started in with excuses and the "something to hide" nonsense.

Needless to say we didn't spend a red cent here and I don't recommend that anyone do business with this loser. Definitely not fun after over 10 hours in the car.

Tomas Sierant charged me $469 for an oil change, I complained he reduced to $377. He said his mechanics earn $20 an hour - itemized bill reads $202. For labor for installing oil filter, 2 air filters and a quart of oil. These are the facts - you be the judge.

I was with My daughter in Vail for a lacrosse tournament. One of my tires developed a leak and needed to be changed. This place was awesome. I was able to get the spare put on and swapped out within just a matter of minutes. Very friendly, responsible, quick, and as a bonus they did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need.

After we found that our rental SUV's passenger side rear tire had nail on the sidewall, I brought it in for a repair. The gentalman at the front desk called our rental car company for me. The auto mechanic helped me to pull the nail out. Since the nail was short, it didn't cause any damage. He also added more air because the pressure was quite low due to the cold weather.

My suv broke down inside covered Hyatt parking garage. One call into AAA and West Vail Shell showed up with two tow trucks, one smaller one to get my car from the garage with a low ceiling, and the other tow to put by all wheel drive suv on a flatbed. Darin showed up and was very careful not to damage my car. I informed him my mirrors could fold in and he joked if he get's that close, he's already messed up! He drove his tow truck with my suv attached in reverse better than I drive forward. Darin then used tools inside my suv and removed the center console at my request, and manually put my suv into neutral by flipping some hidden switch. I was happy extremely happy by his effort, but then, he ever put the center console BACK IN as if he never removed it!!!!!! Sorry for my long review, but West Vail Shell went way above and beyond during a stressful time and put me at ease.

I preferred this gas station because of the awesome friendly cool staff!
