This was my far the worst treatment I have ever had by any member of a medical staff. Dr. lee literally yelled at me the entire time . The dentist told me I needed my tooth out ASAP - when making the appointment I was told if the tooth needed to be extracted he could do it same day. When I asked to get the tooth removed that day Dr lee was nasty and told me absolutely not that his day was almost over and he was going on vacation. Also why would this doctor to my consultation when he was going to be out for 2 and a half weeks ? He recommended I see the other dentist never gave a name and proceeded to walk out . I called him back to ask questions because he warned that I could have permanent nerve damage - he then told me I'm not going to argue with you and proceeded to get the nurse because he was having "such a hard time communicating with me." I very calmly explained to him that I by no means am arguing I just want to have all the details before I go into a surgery that could cause permanent facial damage. Instead of allowing me to answer my question the doctor stated that I simply need the tooth out immediately. The nurse who's face was horrified felt so bad she walked me out and rubbed my back and tried to comfort me as much as she could. At which point I was in shock - at no point during the consultation did I ever say I didn't want to have my tooth out - I went there expecting to get my tooth pulled I just wanted to know what I was in for and instead I got yelled at. I now have no answers I spent $300 and I feel hopeless and disrespected. I obviously have no plans to return to that dentist for my surgery. I hope me sharing this will prevent anyone else from experience the same thing. Oh and the kicker - when I was paying my bill the receptionist was excited to get out a half an hour early.

The staff at Advanced Dental are extremely friendly and helpful. The Dentists are very competent and the explained all my treatment needs. I have since referred many of my family and friends to go there. Dr Z has created a unique environment in his office that makes us feel like family. We just love him. Please check them out. I'm sure you will be as happy as we are to be his patients.
