Dave was exceptional. Our septic pump failed shortly after moving into our house. I called multiple people and Dave was first to respond. He showed up the same day we called, diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. He took the time to walk us through our septic system and explain the functions and maintenance required. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for help with their septic system.

Dave done a excellent job of installing a holding tank , at our property, very good at communicating with us , left the property very tidy when completed ,highly recommend.

I had called Peterson Septic Systems on a Wednesday in having to close on a new property Friday(a two day turnaround) and Dave went above and beyond. He was able to obtain needed documents within hours and had the availability do an inspection with time to spare. He even helped direct me for another home buying need in regards to water inspection-again going above and beyond. I am truly grateful for the time and expertise Peterson Septic Systems provides. My septic tank failed. Dave came out to my house and diagnosed the problem. The tank was replaced promptly. The work was done in a very professional manner and the cost of the work was very fair. I would definitely hire them again if the need ever arises.

Very professional group!!! Dave was very great to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about his service and the industry. I'm pretty sure that they are all part time ninjas since it was so fast and I couldn't tell when they were around. Zero interruption of my septic services during the entire process.

Petersen Septic completed work for us on our septic in the fall and provided a quick response to our call and completed the job promptly. They took care in accessing the location in a tricky spot between ours and our neighbor's property. We appreciated their professionalism.

We called Dave and informed him were planing on getting an above ground pool. We had and area picked for the pool, but we weren't sure if the location was too close to our septic system. We also wanted to know if in the event our septic had to be replaced were it would most likely be put in, the location of our current traditional septic system, and the area we wanted our pool to be. We also wanted to know if we needed a mound system were its best location would be. He was very timely getting back to us. He showed up when said he would. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. He explained to us in lay men's terms. We would recommend him.

Dave put our mound system in a few years ago. He was just starting out. He worked a full time job and would come and work on our mound system at the end of the day. He has great drive and ambition. Just recently, we needed a valve box lid replaced (ran it over the the lawn mover). I called him up and it was replaced the same day. He's doing everything right! I would recommend him to everyone I know!! THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE, DAVE!!!

Small town guy that has big time heart in his work. Fast, friendly, and reliable. Always available and anwered every question we had. Helped us with options to make it reasonable and exactly what we wanted. Helped with getting everything settled with the bank to make the closing fast so we were able to move in and sign.
