placed order for 1/4 cow beginning of May. left voicemails trying to get update on order. finally received call back mid June with a promise that they would call within 3-4 days to let me know when i can expect my order left repeated voicemails again and finally heard back from them just after july 4th saying they could have my order ready within 1-2 more weeks, but they were raising the price almost 1.00 a pound from the guaranteeed price they quoted me when i placed the order. bad customer service, no communication, and they do not stand by their quoted guaranteed prices!

I have been shipping this company's beef jerky to my husband as he travels around with the National Guard. The rest of his buddies love this stuff. They are like vultures when he gets a box shipped to him. Excellant service and Excellant quality of jerky and beef sticks.
