Town Hall operates under the government of the town of Valdese, N.C. It houses various departments, including administration, fire, human resources, planning and recreation. It includes a police department that that prevents crime, protects residents lives and properties, suppresses criminal activities and apprehends law offenders. Town Hall also has a public works department that conducts water and sewer construction, as well as operates and maintains utilities and infrastructural systems related to streets and sanitation. It offers a variety of services in the areas of garbage collection, recycling, recreation and education. Additionally, Town Hall provides curbside collection of leaves and yard waste during the autumn season.
