I have dealt with this company in the past year and it's mangment is horriable. I'm not sure if managment promises what the collectors can't do or what, but they promise the world up front...but don't deliver in the end. Also, not a good company for big business, CBV is not big enough to handle large clients.

This is the best collection agency I have ever dealt with. The cusom taylor the collections to meet my needs. I have had to have dealing with customers again after I have turned them over to collections and there has never been a problem or complaint with how they were treated. They are professional and courteous at all times.
