Provided by YPmobileSo far my experience with Jackson Hewitt has been horrible. Problems with getting identity electronically verified so promotion could not be loaded on card. Horrible customer service with the actual company seems all that their reps can do is...Nothing!! Bright side however is that the actual people in the office are warm and friendly.
