I went in to ask about having a Leather cushion on our coach repaired.
they seemed reluctant at first.
When I was asked about leaving a deposit to cover their 'material costs' of $60.00, I suggested charging my credit card $100.00.
That evening discussing the quoted repair of $250.00 for a vinyl repair, NOT leather my wife and I decided that was very expensive.
I called the next day and offered to pay the $60.00 for material.
The woman on the phone could not give me a firm answer.
I called back 26 days later as I have not heard back from them.
I was then told they would keep the $100.00.
I will post this everywhere I can think of as this is not the way to do business today.
