Best groomer I have ever been to and my dog Bentley is a Yorkiepoo and he loved Tiffany Greatnesses in this place👍😀

My poodle,Lucy, loves going. Tiffany always paints her nails..bathes and cuts her perfectly. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks Tiffany

I took my teacup Yorkie and asked her to simply trim his face. She asked if I wanted the box cut and I told her no. Then she asked if I wanted the Schnauzer cut and I told her no, that he was a Yorkie, not a Schnazuer and not to do that, and not to touch his body. My boyfriend picked up my dog and when I got home my dog was completely shaved to the point I can see his skin, and his face looks just like a Schnauzer. I called her to ask her about it and she told me that's what I asked for and never to call her again, then she hung up. Twenty minutes later she called me from a different number only to yell at me and tell me that she wasn't in the wrong. When my boyfriend went back today she finally told him that she took matters into her own hands and did a cut that she thought best rather that what I said. She turned my dog into a different breed! To top it all off...she did the exact same thing to my neighbor's shihtzu today!! Please never take your puppy there!

I HAVE USED TIFF FOR MY FIRST DOG WHO HAD LOTS OF MEDICAL ISSUES BUT SHE ALWAYS WAS LOVING AND CARING WITH MY BABY PEANUT UNTIL HE PASSED. NOW I HAVE A WILD CHILD SHELTER TERRIER AND SHE DOES A WONDERFUL JOB WITH HER, AND BELIEVE ME I KNOW SHE IS A HANDFUL. BUT TIFFANY GIVES IT HER ALL. I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL SHE DOES AND THE BEAUTIFUL WORK SHE PRODUCES ON THE CALM ONES TO THE FIGHTERS TILL THE END.. THANKS TIFFANY, YOU ARE GREAT ASSET TO THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY. AND A BIG SPECIAL THANKS FOM ME.

I brought both of my dogs there and she did a fabulous job! and she even handled my maltese, that can be temperamental, very well! Town & Country Grooming has great customer service too and she even helped me take my dogs out in the pouring rain. Keep up the good work!

We love this groomer!! She is very friendly and our dogs looked great! We have had such a hard time finding a groomer to put up with our Maltese but she did such an excellent job!

Love this groomer! We have been to all the groomers all around town, and everyone has given our 5 pound dog bad feedback and were not very personable to work with. This groomer was very sweet and did a great job with our two little dogs. Would definitely drive the longer distance from our house that it takes to get better service!

I've taken my malti-poo puppy to at least 4 groomers in this a
area I have been very pleased with tiff's town and country she does an excellent Job with the grooming and its half the price of what I paid at pet smart. when they would call to say she was finished at pet smart they acted like she was a nuisance and couldn't wait to get rid of her!!! (shes a whopping 4 pounds) the groomer is very sweet and seems to love the animals . my dog came back traumatized from the other places! !! she seems to love her beauty appointments now.

Bad experience I will never go back again the worst customer service and the place was dirty
