We had a Family Reunion there in 2012 and it was great. We were happy with the A/C because it was in August. There were cooking facilities, tables, chairs, a nice little stage for dancing etc. The out side was really nice for gatherings, BB-Qing, fish frying etc. Electric hook-up was good, bath room , garbage, fridge...all was within means of having a family get-together.
