they always answer my calls with in the day ,and explain things to you . love this service .you can call and if they are close they will come as soon as they finish that job.

I have an extended warranty on my appliance (dryer). Richard's Appliance is where my warranty sent me through. They first contacted me in August, it is now September 23 and I am still waiting for my dryer to be fixed. They will not work with you on appointment times, it is the time they give you or no time. They are very rude and unfortnately I am under warranty and have no choice but to use Richard's Apliance. I am writing this to let customers know that if you are going through this company, make sure you don't need your appliance back any time soon. I will post again when I finally do get my dryer fixed.
