My Aunt had refused to address her hearing loss for years before I finally convinced her to go and see Dr. Rifkind...the welcoming atmosphere from the minute we walked in really helped put her at ease! They found the best option for her and she is loving her new hearing aids! I don't have to shout on the phone anymore, and Sunday family dinners are better than ever! Thank you Audiology Associates!

I hate to say that it's all about the money - but I've been unemployed for the past year. I NEEDED hearing aids to be more competitive in the job market. Audiology Associates gave me a fantastic deal, arranged zero-percent financing, gave me lifelong service and batteries for FREE, and added an extra year of warranty for FREE. The staff there are entirely too cool for words, super friendly, and made having to get hearing aids not nearly as painful as I was expecting!! The added benefit of their support made me more grateful that I decided to go to Audiology Associates. Thanks so much!!!

I knew I was in need of hearing aids so I began doing some research before making an appointment. I called several places in the San Fernando Valley and several here in Santa Clarita. I decided to stop at two locations close by each other. I approached the first office and was told the hearing aids I was interested in were $7000, no negotiations! I quickly left and went across the street to Audiology Associates. I explained that I had done some research and obtained a price and asked if they would consider matching. I left the information with the helpful front desk and was pleasantly surprised when shortly afterwards, a call came from the office manager stating that they would not only take my insurance, but would match the price I had found earlier. That is exactly what I needed to hear! I am looking forward to my appointment and I know I will be thrilled with my new Audiologist and Audiology Associates.

My dad has been going here for a while now and always makes a point to tell me how great everyone is and how fantastic the service is - I figured I'd make his opinion available to other people out there. Enjoy!

I'm glad I found this office! The staff is very courteous and professional, and they always can work me in if I have an issue. Definitely come here once and you won't be disappointed...

I have no idea where BlueRaven and Pondcleaner went, but I doubt it was to Audiology Associates. I have been a client there for twelve years, through three sets of aids (and three different offices), and never, ever have I seen behavior such as they describe. Staff are friendly and courteous. I am greeted more like a member of the family than as a client. Patrice spends hours with me getting everything just right - often (because I tend to take the last appointment) staying well after closing time until I am completely happy. If I had a problem today, I am pretty confident I would be squeezed in to see her either this afternoon or tomorrow.



Are they always on time? More or less, although I would rather they delay me a little if it means that they can completely look after the previous patient. That way, I don't get booted out the moment my allotted time is up either, should I need more. I have never felt rushed or under pressure or that my questions were being ignored or brushed aside. Far better time management than some of my other doctors.



I once went for a hearing test at another local place (which I will not name) simply to get price comparisons. Now, that *** was *** a nightmare conveyor belt experience and the prices were just the same. On my latest pair of aids, I could have saved a few hundred bucks buying them on the Internet (I did look), but I doubt I would have gotten the time (over some five appointments) that Patrice spent with me getting it right.



I spent the first fifty something years of my life without aids. I tried them a couple of times when I was younger, but my type of hearing loss was not able to benefit from analog aids. It is only since digital aids were developed that the right frequency curve could be applied. Patrice explained all this to me and introduced me to a whole new world of hearing. Thank you with all my heart.



My only grumble is my health insurance. Why is it that if I was a crackhead, they would cover my treatment as necessary, but simply being deaf only merits a payment of $1000 towards aids that might cost six or seven times that amount? Ahd here, Pondcleaner gets it wrong again. Audiology Associates has always contacted my insurance company for me and gotten whatever benefits were available on my behalf. I think Pondcleaner must have been having a Bad Hair day!

Very warm friendly and caring. I went to see Patrice because my previous audioligist wouldn't listen to my concerns. Patrice not only listened, but had several options for me to consider. It seems that I'm allergic to my ear molds which are brand new from my old audioligist. They won't help me but Patrice will. Patrice is now my new and favorite audioligist. I highly recommed Audiology Associates.

I did not like my first pair of hearing aids, but Patrice kept working with me and tried a different brand called Phonic. It took a few more visits but she worked really hard and now I hear much better. She also added some settings so I can hear better in crowed restaurants and added a gadget so I can hear my cell phone through my heaing aids.

This office is the BEST in SCV!!! I recommmend Patrice Rifkind as your Audiologist. She was so attentive to my needs and wants. The front office ladies were so cheerful and greeted me with such kindness. Not sure how anybody could write such ANY negative reviews. Audiology Assocates cared about me and my hearing needs, IT WAS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!

I was very pleased with my experience at Audiology Associates. Dr. Patrice Rifkind is extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and highly professional. The understanding and compassion she shows her patients is beyond compare. The entire staff is courteous and helpful, and the new offices in the atrium building are beautiful!

I highly recommend Dr. Rifkind and Audiology Associates for all of your hearing needs!

I came in with my mother. No one was there to greet us. There were employees yelling in the bakground for 5 minutes before they noticed us. The front desk person was rude and we waited a long time. The person who tested my mom seemed quick and we felt like we were in a car sale place and they only wanted our money. I would not recommend this place if you want any care. If they spent more time explaining things it would have been a better experience.

This is absolutely the worse place to go for ANY kind of service. All they want is your money, can NOT help with insurance in any way and I have never met such unfriendly women in my life.

The staff at Audiology Associates is second to none! They are always there to help with any questions that I may have regarding my hearing aids. They are extremely knowledgeable in their trade. I would recommend them to any person who is in need of getting help with their hearing. Thank you Audiology Associates!

If you judge a place of business by the people who work there, customer service and pride in what they do, this is the place to go. Your experience will be a good one.
