Horrible dentist office. Staff is completely incompetent had a procedure done, which they said I could use care credit for and only after it was done did they say that care credit could not be used. Husband had a root canal, which they did not get all of the root, which caused a major infection. The dentist are constantly being switched out so you never know who you will be seeing. There is always a huge wait time (hours) to get in even having an appointment time and then once they start working on you they leave half way through to attend to someone else, making a trip to the dentist and all day affair. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I've haven't been to a dentist in 20 +/- years. I walked into Canyon Dental Group and got a very warm feeling. I'm scared of the Dentist that's why so long. I was reassured that they would take good care of me and it was perfect to a "T". Dr.Roberts has restored my faith that having your teeth worked on can be "PAINLESS". He was gentile, compassionate, and new exactly what he was doing, Two thumbs up for the entire staff at CDG. Thank all you guys so very much!!!!!

Had to take a child here for an appointment. Office staff was friendly and worked pretty well with the child. Updated equipment and an open lay out where it is not individual rooms.

Do Not Go Here

I agree with the other posts. This place is all about the money and padding their pockets. I wish I would hoave read this review before.

Stay away, money hungry bunch of liars. Try getting a straight answer out of them is like pulling teeth! They include add ons into your treatment that are not necessary, and make you feel as though they are. Who needs cosmetic add ons for a crown that cost $300, on a tooth that only your dentist will be seeing? Every copay I have made has been 3 to 4 times above what my insurance shows, just from the add ons. If it cosmetic, I don't need it, but at least be honest with me. First visit, they cram a line of credit down your throat. I won't be returning, I am searching for honest people, who's concern is the best interest of the patient, not their wallets. Some of the staff is very friendly, no issues with the work done, just the cost of the add ons they were not honest about. Specific staff members are quite rude and not straight forward.

Worst Dental Practice Ever!!!

I took my daughter here for a check-up and was told she needed extensive dental work done. I was shocked at how rude the dentist and the staff was. We were given an appointment to come back for the filling, but they only examined my daughter's teeth again. (This was after I had to take my children from school early to get to the appointment on time and spending over an hour and a half in the waiting room.) I was suspicious because the $ amounts for the work they said she needed done kept changing. Instead of making another appointment, I asked for a copy of the x-rays because I wanted to take her to a new dentist. I was charged $20 for a very poor Xerox copy of them! I wasn't very surprised that her new dentist did not find all of the cavities that they said she had. I can't believe they almost got away with drilling into her perfectly good teeth!!!

YOU ARE BETTER OFF PULLING YOUR OWN TEETH OUT YOUR SELF!

They are horrible. They left my 3 year old in extreme pain. They do not follow up with refferals. They are the WORST dential office I have ever been to. They left a hole in my son's tooth and said it would not bother him. I had to bring him back the next day for a temp. filling. Three weeks later they STILL have not sent a refferal to the insurance co. They do not care that my son is in pain and offer no help in the process of getting a ped. dentist.
