I found Mr. Hayes to be patient, kind, ethical, and professional, and the settlement I received was fair.

When I decided to divorce my husband, I hired Mr. Hayes immediately as my attorney in this matter. I had no idea that he (we) would be up against an Opposing Counsel that had no ethical or moral standards of any kind. Opposing Counsel was devious, deceptive and always changing wording in agreements up to the last second prior to signing the Marital Settlement Agreements. Mr. Hayes was so thorough, he would find these bait and switch paragraphs and correct them right away.
