Michael and his assistant are the best!!i love how he colors and highlights my hair!!

I love love love this salon. I have tried numerous salons over the years, and have never been completely happy with my hair. I was referred to Jen by a friend and have loved my hair ever since. She listens to what I have to say and does what I ask for. When I ask for a trim, that's what I get. I don't know how many times I've left previous salons with shorter hair than I wanted due to a scissor happy stylist. All the staff is friendly and I would feel completely comfortable going to any of them.

This is one of the worst salons I have been to!!! I have never been to Entourage hair salon before this recent visit. I read the reviews online & thought I'd give it a try. The place looked nice on the inside. I arrived a little early for my appointment. I was told I had to wait a little. Then a little turned into over two hours!!!! I initially came in very excited and eager to get my hair done. Since I waited over two hours, I STILL wanted to get my hair done. I wanted to get a haircut & some sort of coloring done. The hairstylist decided to give me partial highlights. It was a total mess! They didn't even dry or style my hair. It took them another three hours to just do that. It cost a lot of money. I told the manager how I felt & he did not care. I left feeling terrible. I was the last customer in the place & I left with wet hair!!!! Don't waste your time at this salon!

I live in Valencia but, until recently, to drive every six weeks down to Beverly Hills to get my hair done. No more. I discovered this great salon one day when I was visiting Glenn Ivy Day Spa, which is across the street. The stylists are professional, friendly and fairly priced. Now I go down to the mall every five weeks instead, and I love every minute of the two minute commute.

If you want horrible service and terrible results, then this is the salon for you! Be sure to ask for the owner, MICHAEL, personally. He's a GEM!
