Checks up on you here and there, Makes you feel comfortable, and keeps a smile on her face throughout the whole interview. I felt well informed about the agency, and now I have a job because of her

I have been with Exact Staff for three months now and it has been a pleasure being helped find employment with them. I feel really comfortable and confident with the help of Carol at the Magic Mountain Pkwy office. She has been a major help with keeping work my way. Two thumbs up for Carol and her great approach towards service and if your in need of work contacting Exact Staff is a great idea.

I applyed to Exact Staffing 5 months ago. When went to their interview with Nancy, it was in a group, I was unpleased by the staffs behaviour. While interviewed by Nancy, she rudly interupted a former client when she was introducing herself to Nancy, by speaking over her. The poor girl walked away. Nancy said it was a test to see how she does under pressure. Clearly that was rude and uncalled for and disrespectful. Well since the Ive been calling every week. Finaly Carol had me believing she had a job for me. She told me she had a job lined up for me the following day and she would call me later for my schedule. I waited and so I finally called her back just to be told, "Oh, you dont work tomorow, we are waiting for your schedule to be set". Its been a month since that call and nothing. So Ive been calling again every week, and from time to time I get transfered to this Brenda character, witch is very unprofesional, rude, and her choice of vocabulary words are short and plain. I previously recommended a friend and he had the same encounter with Brenda. She hangs up you unexpectedly or just brushes you off. They just recently called him for tge same position I have applyed for, they call him with in 2 weeks, and Im still here waiting on this supposably schedule they told me about a month ago. Very disapointed, and unpleased with the unprofesional staff. If they need new staff I will gladly take Brendas place and withhold a better profesional matter amongs clients who are in need of jobs.

I have been to just about every staffing agency in Santa Clarita and wanted to let everyone know that when you walk into the doors at Exact Staff on Magic Mountain Pkwy, they make you feel like a person; not just a number on a file. I met with Carol and she is a complete professional. We discussed my work history, resume, some open jobs I may be suitable for, and generally got to know each other a little bit. The whole experience was wonderful and I highly recommend Exact Staff and Carol to anyone looking for work.

Being older, I was very nervous about interviewing with a staffing agency. Carol made me feel relaxed and welcome! By the time I left the office I was feeling a confidence I hadn't had in a very long time. I'm working now and couldn't feel better about myself! If you are looking for a job and need someone to REALLY help you prepare and get back to work; then Carol is your lady. She is professional, funny, and a wonderful person to interview with. I HIGHLY recommend this Exact Staff office to everyone!

My experience with exact was very wonderful. I came in and was greeted by Nancy and we immediately got started. Nancy was very thorough and very kind. She explained everything and gave me confidence that I will get a job. Though I was a little nervous, Nancy helped diffuse my nervousness due to her welcoming attitude. I thank Nancy for giving me this amazing opportunity and I thank her very much for treating with respect and kindness.

So Brenda called me saying I had to work. Due to responsibilities and my mom not able to speak english I told her I was not able to work. She then gave me an attitude then hung up. 2 weeks later I have yet to get a call from exact staff. But I found a job on my own. Thank you exact staff for being rude. It landed me a job on my own.

It's a great staffing agency, they're very polite professionals that help you through every step of finding the right job for you. After working in Texas, my brother in law was relocated to California, so my sister was having a hard time finding a job there. She had an interview with a lady named Brenda at Exact Staff in Valencia and she says the process was super fast, and now that she has a job she's very happy.

I was horrified about being unemployed but a friend told me about Exact Staff, so I had an interview with a very professional lady named Brenda and helped me out so fast! Im so happy, I cant believe I have an excellent job now.

Exact Staff has been just that...Exact. From the moment I signed on with them, I was placed on a job. Brenda is always kind and courteous whenever I called her cell phone or the office. You are always greeted with "How are you?" I recommend this agency to anyone looking for work.

I met up with Brenda since I was looking for a temporary job in catering. She was pretty nice and the process was pretty quick! I thought it would take me like 2-4wks to find a job but in less than 3 days, I got it! I'm so grateful with Exact Staff but more likely with Brenda!
