Staff supper friendly & genuinely care about clients. I've recently these last few months been struggling with some serious medical issues & a friend who also comes told them about it. I now get asked daily about how I'm doing felling things are ect. I am greated by name majority of the time by staff as well. I especially enjoy how Catlyn takes personal interest and time to see how I'm doing with these medical issues I've been going through even if had other guest she will ask me to wait so able personally attend to any of my needs. I have never in all my years of going to different fitness clubs had this type of exceptional service & I'm overwhelmed with their concerns even the maintenance personnel have asked me if ok to pray for me & again more than what required of staff. I highly recommend anyone even shopping for fitness clubs to just come see what offers are available that may fit your needs and see for yourself how great the staff are here.

Beware of this facility! The moment you signup and give away your credit card # - you are trapped. You can't even cancel you membership at the Gym if you are not happy. They are using 3rd party financial services company to handle that. And when you call there, you will find out about 30 day notice, cancellation fees and so on. They up sale things and make it very hard to for you cancel. And another surprise is that Valencia location does not belong to the Gold's corporate - this is a franchise. So, if you are not happy about how you have been treated at the gym you can't call anyone to complain about it. Good luck!

Oh, just find out they are not on BBB website - it is getting better and better... you think that you deal with a big reputable company, when in fact not really...
