Provided by YP.comDon't use this company!!! My home owners insurance called them out to repair my washer and it's been over one month now! They are waiting on a bolt to arrive before they can finish the job. I spoke to the supervisor Alex yesterday that told me he would get back to me within an hour to give any update on ETA of this part. I'm still waiting. The tech was nice but the company sucks!!!

Provided by YP.comWe were having a problem with our refrigerator and didn't know what was going on. We found LA Appliance repair based on the good reviews , and made an appointment. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it on the spot. The technician was very courteous and professional and honest. Price was reasonable.

Provided by YP.comOur company had a very good experience with LA Appliance Repair, we needed service right away. We called them on a short notice and they were fast, fixed the appliance, and we did not waste any time. It is important to have a company like this when you need something to fix. Besides, their prices are reasonable.

Provided by YP.comSevere lack of honesty, integrity, ability This company was sent to repair my washer by my homeowners ins co. After scheduling problems, rude office staff and incompetent service techs who reported to ins co that why it was taking sooo long to fix my machine was because I was sabotaging the machine. Each time they came back, they found something else wrong. This time it looked like I took an ice pick to the plastic tub to make it leak!! the ins co finally sent another repair service to my home, SEARS HOME SERVICES (SHS). This company was only to re-evaluate the problem with my machine & report back to ins co. SHS called ins co while in my home to report. Parts that LA appliance said they replaced, were ORIGINAL. Only thing LA Appliance replaced was the transmission on the second trip(they made 4). LA appliance said the machine was so damaged, it could not be repaired.
After replacing a $10.00 seal a 4 $2.00 plastic clips, my machine works perfectly.
These people, not only lied to me, but about me to the insurance company. The reasons for their actions, are theirs alone, and I can only speculate. FRAUD, INCOMPITANTANCE, LACK OF INTEGRATY are just a few. My advice, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!

Provided by YP.comThe heating element went out in our dryer, so we called LA Appliance Services to fix it. First, they didn't come in the allotted time frame that they quoted us, so we had to reschedule. Then after they came out to fix the dryer, it started making a terrible rattling sound, so they had to come out again to fix that. Then when the mechanic went to pull the washer/dryer unit out of the closet, he ripped the front panel off. After much cussing, he went to work for several hours trying to fix it. We assumed it was fixed, but then a couple weeks later, the front panel fell off...when we called to have them fix it (because they were the ones who initially broke it), they refused to even look at it without charging us. They wouldn't admit fault, and the lady gave us a lot of attitude on the phone. Bottom line, their mistake cost us a lot of extra money, so no matter how much cheaper they appear to be, DO NOT USE THEM! It's not worth the headache!
