I had a cut and color by Mary. I asked for blonde highlights and we agreed on a picture of a woman with blonde highlights in a book....I left with dark brown hair and yellow streaks running through it!!!! I sat for 4 hours while she attempted to remove the color, add more color, etc. It was awful and then she had the nerve to ask for money for the color, which I refused. Apparently she's blind and doesn't listen well either. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager and was told since all the hairstylists work for themselves that there was nothing they could do. Shouldn't the owner care what kind of stylists she hires to work in her salon??!! I'll never go back.

I got a facial from this salon about 2 years ago. 2 years because I am a guy and these arent things I do very often :) Regardless, there was a pleasant atmosphere, people were nice, it wasnt congested inside, the (err) facialist(?) was professional and everyone was courteous. Facial was an hour or so long methinks VERY relaxing, candles, dim lights and what have you. VERY THOROUGH as well. Just wonderful.
