BUYER BEWARE!!! Turn around and back away if Mr. Fricke is the listing agent on a home you are considering purchasing. His years of experience have obviously taught him how to screw you over. Mr. Fricke was deliberately slow in his responses (4-5 day delay in some cases) on a very short escrow purchase. He was calculating in withdrawing seller provided closing costs, due to a delay he him himself responsible for, and only AFTER buyer had removed final contingencies. He was hostile and argumentative during negotiations (if he could be reached at all). Overall, a shady guy to deal with. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
