Received the worst service ever tonight! The guy attending the printers (I think he was the store manager) clearly didn't want to work or be there tonight 5/30/17! Wished we had a Kinkos nearby!

Weird customer sevice.

They kept asking me if I need help, but it was like they were mad at me and when I asked a question about a lamp, it was like the woman that worked there wanted to argue with me. It seemed clear to me that asking if you need help was a store policy, because they sure seem pissed about having to actually work. The woman was quite angry and also yelled at an employee in front of me. I needed to make a copy and I was shouted at when I ask to make the copy. I was told the self serve copy center was over there, then made me feel stupid for not knowing how to immediately operate the copy machine. Not shopping there anymore.



The woman appeared to be the manager.



The reason a gave more than one star was , because I guess I don't really expect good service from large chain stores anymore.
