This is just one auto service that I so appreciate. I just dropped in because something needed dealt with quickly. "No problem" he said and I was out in 15 minutes. Very friendly and courteous.

Amazing helpful and patient. Accommodating with my children and worked with my income and with my trade in that was not valued for much.

Wonderful sales rep he was very helpful and answered all our questions.

I enjoyed my experience with Don Herring Auto. Mike introduced himself and asked questions that lead to two cars that i could be interested in. These two cars were Kias and I was not a big fan of the brand, but Mike showed me that Kias are just as good as any other car company. I went back to Don Herring to apply for a loan for the Kia, and I brought my grandmother with me to be a co-signer. But the financial department was able to get me the loan in my name with no cosigner. I was able to leave Don Herring with a car, a low monthly payment, and feeling successful.

Everything went very well except for Larry (paper-works) financial. According to David, Larry is the ONLY one that handles the paper-works between 3 other dealerships.

The dealership was having a mailer contest. On the mailer the date of when it started was 5-23-2013. After calling first I showed up to get my prize. I was told that the mailer was incorrect and that it was to start 5-24-2013. After wasting my gas to get my prize all they had for me was apologies. I then showed up on the 24th to receive my prize where on the mailer stated I was going to receive 100$ gift card. Once I got there I was told that they had a different prize list and all I won was a cheap wallet. What a lying bate and switch POS place they r. If this is how they honor there customers I would stay far away from them. Even on car repair.
