They are amazing and so fast. Dianne was always there for us all the way till we closed. And even talked to our lender and guided us so our loan closes on time. Everything went perfect. Thank you so much.

Pathway Escrow handled our escrow. We were told that our proceeds check was mailed on April 10th. After 5 days I emailed and was told to wait sometimes the mail gets lost. After 10 days I wrote again and was told firmly to WAIT for the check. I then asked her to check around the office because it could not have been mailed April 10th. I finally had to ask them to reissue a check. Today is June 11th. Still have not received the "mailed" check!
