Sucks '. Never let us know when we need a new prescription. Loose insurance info often. Don't send orders.

I order incontinence supplies from Shield Healthcare. My insurance requires a new prescription every year. They've been working on the prescription for a month and it is still not resolved. My doctor and myself had faxed over the signed prescription at least 8 times, but Shield's representatives insist that it was never received. I asked a representative to stand next to the fax to receive it, and it was confirmed that they have it in their hand. But a few hours later, I got a call back that there is still problem with my order. It turned out that the prescription that they faxed to my doctor the first time was incorrect so the item cannot be shipped. I asked the representative to fax another prescription to the doctor since the correct prescription was faxed almost 2 weeks ago; and the doctor thought that what he had signed was the correct one so he shredded the correct one. The representative told me that they cannot fax another one to him because he told them not to call or fax again. I begged the doctor to call Shield Helathcare again to explain what I was told and to straight things out; he did. Surprisingly, another representative told him that the problem is not because of a mix up of prescription; it's because it was never received! We are getting different explanations from different representatives! It's so frustrating and I'm speechless. I'm definately searching for another supplier for my supplies!
