1. According to the Community Association Institute (CAI), As of today, June 6, 2015, the last name "Choppe" in California, is NOT listed as a certified manager.*

1.1. Robin - what credentials have you earned to qualify to 'manage' two (2) homeowners associations?

1.2. Robin - do you have any referrals and/or prior experience in property management prior to your current jobs?

They never answer the phone, I lived here for over 5yr and its been a nightmare to work with them.. Robin is the worse!!

This HOA seemed like they dont know what they are doing or over worked.. Not helpful, need more help
