Our office would like you to know how much we enjoy using Retriever as our Credit Card Company because it is easy to use with our Dentrix software. The customer service is great, if we have any problems Matt Pate is always willing to get the problem solved. A feature we really like is the auto pay, the forms they provide covers us legally, reports are easy to understand and setting up the accounts for our patients that use auto pay is very simple to set up. I would highly recommend Retriever to anyone that is searching for a new Credit Card Company. Their percentage rates are very competitive and will work with you to get you where you need to be for you office.

Retriever Medical Dental Payments has been processing credit/debit card payments for our medical practice for almost 3 years and have been promptly and courteously handled by their tech support staff. Last years we expanded our ability to swipe credit cards at more work stations and now have a total of 15 in two offices. Matt personally came onsite to make sure that this transition went smoothly and that our staff were properly trained and comfortable with the use of the card swipe devices. We have used several credit card processors over the years and Retriever and Matt Pate have out performed them all. Not only saving us money in processing fees but in ease of use for our staff. We would whole-heartedly recommend them for any business that feels as though they are not getting proper service from their current processor or are spending too much on processing fees.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the services you have provided our office. Our office has been very pleased with the features Retriever has been able to offer. We are especially pleased with the recurring transaction feature. In comparison to our previous credit card processing company, Retriever provides the option to store credit card information for a recurring transaction weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. This feature is very helpful and easy to use. We have also found that Retriever is easily compatible with our Dentrix software. Payments are immediately posted in the Dentrix ledger after being authorized via Retriever. I would highly recommend Retriever to any office using Dentrix, and even any office not using Dentrix based on simplicity and convenience.

We signed our contract with Retriever October 2007. The services that have been provided to us have been outstanding. This company has proven it self time after time after time. Our monthly statements are very easy to read any understand. Mr. Steven Rogers is a professional, and represents Retriever with excellent experience and knowledge. We are writing this letter to recommend the services of Retriever Medical Payment Systems. We have been a consumer of Retriever Medical for a short 3 months but we have been more then impressed with their services. Not only are their fees more affordable then our previous provider, they also beat out other competitors in the area. We noticed an immediate difference right away in the personal attention that our representative Chris Leahy gave to us. He came in to assist in the initial set up process and has checked in with us several times since then to make sure our system is running smoothly. We highly recommend any services provided by this company as we have had nothing short of a one positive experience after another.

It has been over a year since our office converted to the Retriever system. At this time we would like to express our gratitude in the change which it has brought to our office. It enables us to collect the money from the Patient at the time of service, versus depending on the patient to send payment in the mail. Another great aspect of your service is the monthly billing system which was introduced by Frank Shiner. This enables us to have the patient guarantee payment by Credit Card, along with his Co-Payment with the insurance company. Or to break up the balance into monthly payments which we automatically deduct from his card which we keep on file. Over all we are very pleased with the services provided and the manor in which the customer service department has come to our aid in dealing with the hardware involved.

I am writing you in regards to our new Retriever account. I just wanted to let you all know how pleased we are with both the service and our representative. We have been working with Dorine Scher and I can't believe how easy she has made this whole transition. We have 2 locations that she has been helping with, which meant cancelling 2 different accounts with other service providers. Dorine has made this process so effortless on my part. She takes the time to go over any questions either Dr. Le or I have, she is always prompt to any appointment we schedule, and she has such a friendly personality. I look forward to continuing our service with Retriever and working with Dorine.

Ian Brown approached me over a year ago promising to lower my credit card processing fees while providing additional benefits that my current processor couldn't provide. Since that time, Ian has consistently exceeded my expectations with his meticulous attention to detail and complete understanding of my processing needs. Simply stated, Ian is the best envoy that your company could possibly employ. I would recommend Retriever to anyone requiring seamless credit card processing based entirely on my interactions with Ian Brown.

Several months ago Bill Evans entered our office unsolicited and convinced us that we should change credit card processing service companies. My partner and I and staff are indeed happy that he did. We are writing to let you know that we have been very happy with the customer service provided to our staff from Retriever Systems. We have received great customer service with Michael. He helped us to process a rebate check from our old Renaissance program. This was handled professionally and he followed thru on this. We are happy that the Retriever program has been working seamlessly with our Dentrix software and we also appreciate the follow up phone calls to check on our claims when a few days have past with out us sending any claims. Michael always responds to our phone calls and is always courteous and knowledgeable. We are happy to be partners in business with your company.
