I met the owner. She was kind and a hard worker in the kitchen. The sizzling rice soup is the best. Total spot if you want o dine and chill

sat down quick, order, and ate, what more could one ask for.
I enjoy the food, and under $6.00.

great place. great portions. the waiters are really nice and considerate. they serve fast. the scenery is nice and gentle its what youd expect from a small chinese restuarant. i would suggest honey walnut prawns if you go there it is delious. overall a very good place for a sit down dinner. spinning table in the middle if your into that thing if you have a big group.
p.s. that guy that posted first probably was ignorant and an assshole because i have been to annies panda more than 30 times and i have recieved the same amazing service everytime.

Don't waste your time!!! Worst service I have had. They sat me at a dirty table, then ignored me. No waiter ever came to take my order. I had to ask for tea, when I finally got their attention, and they never came back, so I left a dollar for the tea, and left. I won't even insult the stars by saying this place deserves anything!!, but i have to just to post this.

G00d Service, Fair Prices, g00d food!
