My name is Georg Cartier I am located at Benicia Road in Vallejo. This letter is to inform the owner/operator at Arturo's Appliances. Located at 2209 Sonoma Blvd. Vallejo .Ca 94590 On 12/16/2017 I purchased a set. A LG Thomm washer and dryer with pedestals. On or about February 7th. I notified you the washer had stopped working. You sent two guys out my residence to repair it a couple days later after repeated calls to you for not showing up and not rescheduling your appts with me. When they got here they said they needed to order a part. Next day. They came with the wrong part and deemed the washer not repairable. 3 days later they brought me a different washer that is an older model Thomm hooked it up, but they did not replace the pedestal keepers they had removed. Now a week and a half later that washer started making grinding noises and has stopped working. I called to notify you on the 16th of February. I was told you would be here at two. At 3:30 I called. You overtalked me and hung up. I called today, you said "about an hour" and hung up. That was at 12:30. At 2:30 I called you like 4 times. The 3rd call you answered and said something I could not understand and hung up on me again. I've called twice since then and no answer. Also I never received any paperwork of receipt and new warranty for the replacemen washer. You have caused me to miss a total of 14 hours work waiting for you to keep your 6 different appointmentsts to remedy this problem with the washer and dryer you sold me as a set for $600.00 You tell me your coming at a certain time and you do too many know shows and you don't call to reschedule. You have hung up on me at least four times and therefore you leave me no choice but to report you to the Better Business Bureau and the Small Business Administration. I am also forwarding this message to 7 On Your Side and Channel 5 to have you investigated. At that point I will be contacting my attorney for the cost of the washer and dryer and lost wages.
