Disappointing meal from captain D's last night (6-4-14). Ordered Baked Fish Dinner w/ beans and slaw and a Jumbo Shrimp Dinner with fries & slaw at the drive thru. Order person asked if that was a grilled fish and a 4 piece fish dinner. I said "No" and repeated my order. She repeated it back to me and gave me the amount of $17.03. At the window I paid. After a 15-20 min. wait, she came to the window and said 'you had a grilled tilapia and a 4 piece fish platter"? Once again I Said "No, a jumbo shrimp dinner". She nodded and seemed to indicate, oh, that was the same thing. I received my order and drove home(about a 20 min. drive). When I got home and opened the boxes, my husband had a 4 piece fish dinner and I had grilled tilapia that looked totally different from what I usually receive. We began to eat anyway. The first bite of the slaw was the only bite either of us took. It had a very soured, spoiled taste. Needless to say, we did not have a very good supper. It will be a very long time before we dine at Captain D's.

My mistake was not pulling over and checking the boxes before I drove home. But, how many times do you have to repeat an order to get it right??
