Waiting for a parcel to arrive, it is supposed to be delivered in mailbox 8h ago checking USPS tracking!!!!???, but no!! Nothing in my mailbox!??? This is the third time this happens! Not acceptable! Did the neighbor got it, since we always get their mail in our mailbox?!?!!

Terrible service. Mail is constantly being placed in the wrong boxes then left unattended on the counter tops throughout the building. For some reason the locals think its ok to place mail that belongs to others on on the outside of their box, when they receive them in error, instead of giving them back to the post office staff. There is no mail security here. You mail can end up in anyones box, then on a counter, or worse in the trash. I would give -0- stars to this Post Office if it was available.

Hate the fact that I spend hours in the automated system just to find out that my package it's at the post office as supposedly they attend to deliver but no one was at the one! Lies and lies that carrier is lazy as I was here all day and three other people !!! Very upset waste of time with them I so prefer the ups!
