At first, I thought I was getting a good deal and an even better mechanic. There was an agreement made between Randy and I that I would pay the balance in separate installments before he began working on my car. I verified with him on 2 occasions that this would be okay and he agreed. 2 weeks later, the day before I move out of town, he calls to say my car is complete. I explained to him the situation of picking up my car since I live in wichita and told him I would leave him a check in the key drop slot for a partial amount. He then says "This car isn't leaving the lot until its paid in full." And i understand that is the say most mechanics iperate their business, but the point is he lied!! Not only did he lie the previous week saying the balance would be less than a grand, but he tried to withhold my car from me until the entire 2 thousand dollar balance was paid in full. He is a conniving crook and I would not recommend anybody take their vehicles to him for any reason at all!!! Save your time and money.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Johnson Automotive for about ten years. We are completely satisfied with the work Randy and his crew do on our cars. If there is a problem Randy is quick to make it right. I highly recommend Johnson Automotive located in Valley Center Ks.
