My name is Shawn Hernandez and I'm here to tell you that the best exercise and nutrition science in the world is available right here in Valley Cottage and we are here to utilize these tools to make sure that your personal fitness and health goals are realized quickly and permanently. As a personal trainer who genuinely cares about what we do, we firmly believe that your dream body should be built for long-term sustainability and should withstand the ultimate test of time. Short lived results will not cut it. My goal as your personal trainer is to make sure that you get lean, fit, and athletic as quickly as possible while simultaneously speeding your body's metabolism through a properly designed eating strategy and fitness program that includes the right ratio of aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (resistance training) exercise.
