I am a disabled veteran who owns a small business. We performed lead testing for Defensor Tactical and can not get paid. We performed the service in March. I have been told about a sick child and a flood that never happened as a reason I have not been paid. I thought these ex-military types would be good honest Americans. Wrong. Shady people.

Just left defense tactical with some upgrades that they had installed. Amazing experience. Upgraded with a ghost trigger, polished internals and guide rod/spring for my g23. Outstanding performance. Outstanding customer service!

John and his team are awesome. I was "that" pain in the @$$ customer that had tons of questions and sketchy about a product. Bought and even ended up returning it.

Everyone I dealt with was super helpful throughout the process even on the return process which was quick.

I will be buying from them again!

The staff are great. They are easy to talk to and very personable. They have a great selection of product and it's all priced fairly well. The only issue I have with the store is all the excuses. I have ordered a lower receiver and was told it would be about 2 weeks for it to get delivered. It turned out to be a about a month and half. I visited the store after 3 weeks to get info on the status of my order and was told it would arrive the following week. This happened 3 more times. I visited the store every week and I got the same answer. "It'll be here next week". I also ordered 500 rounds of ammunition a few months later and was told once again the order would be fulfilled in 2 weeks. It turned out to be about a 2 month wait. I had to miss a tactical rifle class because of it. And finally, I dropped off my ar to get a muzzle device pinned and welded a month ago. I was told it would be done in a few days. Well... like I said it's been a month. Do not have them do any custom work or order anything for you if you are needing it anytime soon. You will be highly disappointed with the turnaround time.

There is nothing that this place can't do! 10/10! (or 5/5 with this rating system.) I will take all my business here, and my friends and family's business too!

I love these guys! They helped me pimp out my Glock, stippled it and Cerakote it. I also got my CCW and took their combat pistol course! Impressive credentials these guys. I will always shop here!

One of the best in St. Louis for silencers and custom guns. I've bought several silencers and had stuff Cerakote coated! I like their lifetime warranty on stuff and how helpful they have been!

Awesome AR15 built by these guys. Their Cerakote is top notch! I love coming in to this shop, they are down to earth and helpful.

As a woman I'm often intimidated by going into a gun shop and having no help and everyone stare at you. Not at Defensor, they were helpful and kind. I really liked visiting and these guys are all veterans and law enforcement! Great bunch of gentlemen!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!Horrible customer service, don't keep the time frames, lie about your gun, over priced. I dropped a upper and lower off to get color filled. Was told 2 weeks 2 months later I have my gun. Well I took my gun I should say. Cerakote not filled in all the way and what was filled in was out off the lines on the lettering. All I wanted was color filled on my letters. Lines are not straight. I was told over and over my gun was being worked on. Then I was told it was finished to come pick it up. I come and pick I up its still in the same box as I dropped it off in. Not even touched. So I raise hell about it. After that they call me a few days later says it's done again. I show back up and my lower isn't done yet. Really. I gave them one more chance. I go pick it up see all the Shitty lines and just leave. I couldn't take it anymore. I wrote a review on there Facebook page then the owner calls me and tells me she doesn't appreciate it. Well I didn't appreciate the customer service. I had my mag catch and take down pins cerakoted also. I asked them (the owner) will this effect my tolerances he said no. Well guess what. My mag catch and take down pins won't go into my lower because the Cerakote is to thick. HORRIBLE GUN SHOP.

Beware online shoppers.

Very poor service - ordered a part on line in February that required ATF approval. Was told it should take 60-90 days.

When I checked the status, my calls and emails were rarely returned. I got one story after another.

180 days later and I never received the part.

In August, I finally disputed the credit card bill and in September I won the dispute.

The absolute worst company ever. Joel the owner is a liar and will tell you any and every excuse he can. Ordered about 700 dollars worth of gun parts and after 2 months of waiting over 30 emails and countless ignored and unanswered phone calls I finally had to dispute my charges. They even went ad far as to give me a tracking number that never ended up having a package associated with it. If you like dealing with unprofessional liars who are fine with taking your money and only givin you excuses in return then shop here!!!

Do not order anything from online here, you will just be ignored and lied to. It's been almost 7 weeks and I have no idea on what's going on with my product after reaching out over 7 different times

I can't say enough about the guys at Defensor Tactical. This is the way a gun shop should be operated! They were very helpful in assisting myself and my business partner choose a beginner conceal carry gun. They went above and beyond in showing us how to properly handle the gun and clean it. This is the reason why I think everyone should buy local. If I would have purchased this gun online or from a big retailer I would have never have received the level of attention as that of a local gun store.



They carry a variety of conceal carry guns as well as a nice assortment of gun accessories and ammo. I plan on coming back for a conceal carry class. Thanks again guys!
