Hate this company and looking for new provider. They started a tank rental fee a few years back that I disapprove of. If you don't buy a certain amount of fuel per year they charge you a large fee and if your late paying the fee, they charge a large monthly late paying fee on top of that. Used to be, they supplied the tank for free but you could only buy fuel from them, which was ok with me. They just lost a 22 year customer.

lousey terrible horrible i will celebrate the day i never have to communicate with this company again .i will tell anyone and everyone to avoid this company. this company jerked me around for a year had to file a complaint with bbb to get this company to stop jerking me around i lost money waiting for a year for this company to retrieve the tank and pay me back for the propane in it .worst experience was speaking to office staff ,talked to me like i was stupid. im planning on suing for lost money and storing tank on my property for a year

I have had great experience with this company and great service. They have been very helpful every time I have called. No complaints!

Crappy company!!!!! My mom & I both had bad experiences with them.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. This company offers a "keep full program" but they do not adhere to it. I have requested to be on this program and filled out the proper paperwork twice now but yet no one has come out to check my tank level or fill my tank since their initial fill.



I have had the tank filled once when I initially signed on with Geldbach and they have only subsequently put gas in the tank one time thereafter. The second time they put gas in the tank they only filed it to 40% because their gas truck/delivery truck ran out of gas. NOT MY PROBLEM! As for their 24 hour service, it is absolutely non existent. Their receptionist sounds annoyed by your call and does not provide quality customer care. My tank is currently at less than 30% and after 5 phone calls to the company I still have not been given a time or date that the company will come fill the tank. So their "keep full" program is complete BS.



If you have any choice at all please use another company.
