Terrible customer service, place is a complete disaster area. I dropped of 8 pairs of sandals in the winter. It is now April and he hasn't started on them. What's worse is I called to ask the status and he said he can't find them. I said, I will hang on the phone while you look and he refused. This pointless conversation continued for a few minutes and he finally located them. He told me I could come pick them up and take them elsewhere which I obviously will do and then he hung up on me. Very rude, unprofessional in both demeanor and appearance.
