Just had Air Design replace my Air Conditioning system. The installation was clean and done in one day. Our home is nice and cool now. I will always use them for any service and recommend them to all my friends.

10 years ago Air Design replaced my Ac system in a previous house. Never had any problems with it or the service they provided. Moved 2 years ago and took over an existing 2 year contract from a well known LI company. They were poor in providing service and the techs never solved the problem. Finally last year we went back with Air Design and they solve the problem first visit. No problems since I have had them and they have performed some upgrades on the system that has it running perfectly. Would not use anyone else for AC or Heating

Very good job from start to finish! Quote was thorough and competitive- owner was willing to answer any and all questions promptly and clearly and we asked a million questions. We replaced an old system. Air Design did the job in one day- demo, replaced old fiberboard ductwork with flex tube, air compressor, handler, etc. Crew was respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Owner on job site and took a lot of time to explain how system worked, how to use controls and how to register equipment. Will use them for annual service and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

My system with air design was installed 6 years ago and every year there has had to be some repairs. Fortunately, I purchased there service contracts TWICE at over $500 per contract. Even with the contract, there was always a fee to pay when they came to fix my system. Yesterday, I had to call for service AGAIN. It was the second time this season and was told that the compressor went on the system. Although the part is covered because of a ten year warranty, the LABOR to install the compressor is not covered by the service contract. They told me cost of labor is $635. I feel ripped off by air design and as though I was taken advantage of. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone
