So place was empty at the end of Saturday...Dr seemed nice but...first during exam smashed refractor so close that I scratched my cornea (corneal abrasion)... Next came the expensive prescribed lens...Askwd about fitting lens but told that since I wore before I Gould be fine (later I found out he should have given a trial pair)...when I asked for prescription so I could get at closer Davis Vision...switched brand on prescription...why? Not sure. I will think thrice before seeing him again.

I used this place to order my glasses couple of times and was always pleasently surprised how professional and patient Dr. Eppel was. They have the best selection of frames with the fair prices. Salesperson Andrea gave me the great service.

I would highly reccomend this place to anybody.

First time getting glasses in my life! All the staff were helpful and patient. I have a difficult face shape to shop for frames, and they were all patiently helping me search & switch frames for a good 40+ mins. Since I ended up choosing a brand name frame, they gave me a discount after the O_O look on my face upon hearing the price.



Eye exam doctor is very professional & friendly. Also answered a swarm of my specs-newbie questions. This optical's got it all - from large selections, good service, to fair price. Definitely make a glasses newbie feel trusted in good hands.
