Today was My second time coming here. I came back again because the food was so good the first time! Once I came back I remembered the slow service I received last month. We waited 15 minutes patiently before even being acknowledged, the waitress was too busy doing side work (filling plastic ramekins with sauce). We finally ordered. We asked about 7 times if we could order the chicken soup and get it BEFORE our meals. She hesitated with us with an attitude as if that was too much work. Lastly she said it would take 10 min to get the soup. Taking longer than 10 minutes, we looked up and asked her if the soup was ready & she PLAINLY said yes and picked up the soup from behind the counter and gave it to us. (Side Eye- why was it just sitting there?) Anyway, we got the soup, & of course, it was cold. Woop. Big surprise. We asked her to reheat it. The soup then came out after our food and no longer served purpose for an appetizer. So we told the waitress we didn't want it anymore and she said "So!" & began going back and forth with us. My friend said " I'm not going to argue with you, I just don't want the soup." The waitress walked away without the soup. Proceeded to charge us for the soup still sitting on the table untouched. She harassed us after she gave us the bill. She said she would not give us change if we paid with cash. We hadddd toooo goooo nexxxtttt doooor to get change from the barbershop because of this bitch, excuse me, waitress. Their food is amazing though. Definitely. But If I'm ever passing through the neighborhood, I'll definitely pop my head in to see if she's working and pop on her. You don't direspect guests/customers like that. Smh.
