I have never been so surprised. It is remarkable how unskilled and unprofessional this Coolwood Cleaner is. I dropped off two nice, white dress shirts. My request was simple: I wanted them starched, pressed, and folded, and ready by a certain hour the next afternoon. The cleaner's first mistake was that they messed up one of the shirts--they put spots on a shirt that never had spots on it. Then, of course, they had not fixed their mistake by the appointed time for pickup. I told them I would return later. When I returned the next morning, they handed me my shirts in a jumble--I believe a child, without even trying hard, could have folded them better. What was worse was both shirts had wrinkles and puckers all over them especially in the front and in the underarm area. It was obvious no competent person had ironed them. The one shirt they had put spots on still had small spots on it. To top it off the counter woman was rude and unapologetic. I just read the firefighter's review below--apparently my experience is not uncommon. Friends, you have alternatives in Valparaiso. Try any of them. Avoid this place.

Very pleasant to deal with owner, conscientious to the point of calling regular customers to inform of need to close early one day. Great service and have been pleased with all dry cleaning.
