This place is the best! Huge cupcakes! Delicious!!! They also have good cookies and cannolis. I didn't care much for the brownies only because it seemed to be more frosting than brownie, but I'm a picky brownie consumer, so I won't count that against them. They have an extensive flavor menu! If you get something to go, they have the key-utest little pink boxes to carry things in! Five stars-wish I could give them ten!

The rudest staff ever! I remember when they opened and I was cheering them on hoping they would make it. Two months later I am swearing them off for good! Six years later I move back to town and decide to give them another chance and guess what? Still the rudest staff ever! My kids and I sat at a table to eat our food and even my 10 year old commented on how mean the staff was to customers. The cupcakes are better at least, not so dry but we will never be back because of the rude service. The owner can not possibly be oblivious to this as many of my friends have also swore them off due to rude staff. This will eventually catch up with you and you will be left wondering why you have to close your doors!

The decor is adorable and there is a plethora of wonderful looking cupcakes, but those are the only positive aspects of designer desserts. The girls at the counter are rude to the customers. I have heard their responses to other customers and I am disgusted! The area with tables and chairs was filthy during my last visit. I can understand plates being left on the tables, especially if the store is very busy with customers, but the huge crumbs and chunks of cupcake on the floor was repulsive! The pink upholstered chairs were disgusting! I could not let my daughters sit in them because they were so dirty. I always get the same cupcake when I visit- pink champagne. Their cupcakes are inconsistent; sometimes they are perfect, but more often then not, I am disappointed. They always look incredible, but never taste the same. This time it was dry and overlooked. It looked almost burned on the bottom! For the price, I would expect consistent and impeccable cupcakes. I have been disappointed more than once at designer desserts, which is a shame because it is the only establishment in town I get such a variety of cupcakes in a cute atmosphere.

The place is really nice. Cupcakes were delicious BUT cookies were hard as bricks! I was kind of upset, I brought my children 10 cookies for $9.99 & they were really hard. And their prices were high!
