I was completely disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this company. Including the owner Jean. I worked with a designer in the store to help me create a backsplash for my kitchen. The tile arrived, and it was clear that the design was not going to work in my kitchen space. The owner would not work with me in any respect. It was clear she was only out for my money.
