This organization (along with Town Centre) mis-handled the management of my Mom's medication.



Medication was prescribed and order without pre-authorization from the insurance company--not once but multiple times.



After I corrected this the first time, I was assurance it would not happen again; however, it did occur multiple times.



I asked to be notified when medication was being ordered without pre-authorization--it did not happen.



The only thing that occurred was finger pointing among the doctor, Town Center and In Touch.



At one point, I learned that the In Touch Pharmacist faxed the pre-authorization form to a wrong business.
