When buying an engagement ring this summer, I was told probably 5 times that I wouldn't pay any interest for 12 months if the balance was paid in full within the first year (the only reason I didn't pay with a credit card I already had that earned rewards). I was charged interest on the very first bill and every bill since. Filed 2 disputes with the bank that owns Kay's accounts (Comenity) before finally giving up and paying off the balance and closing the account.

It was the store manager and not just some new sales associate that promised the 0 interest. I won't be back and will avoid any Kay's stores in the future.
