It takes 3 months to find out anything then when you do they say waiting on title then waiting on takes what the hell is wrong with this place they lie to you the manager he does the best lieing to you when you go to see when you can get a place This Park Is out of there mind this is not how you manage a place or run it

I have lived in Meadowview for several years, and have to let you know that things have gotten so bad here we are financially struggling. Each month I get a statement for rent which includes water that we pay directly to the park. They claim to read the water meter each month and charge us accordingly. My recent water bills have been almost $100 a month. I have no dishwasher and a standard washing machine. I contacted the water department directly and was told this amount was ridiculous, but because we pay the park and not the water company, there is nothing we can do about it. In addition, the lot rent has increased, yet again this year. I pay almost $900 a month to live here. Two years ago I paid $685 a month and thought that was very high! There aren't many drug/police problems like there used to be, but with the continuous increase in rent and water, I am afraid my time here has to come to an end quickly. I have priced houses in Portage and Valparaiso, and have realized that I could be living in a more stable home for close to the same price.
