Valparaiso High School offers various academic programs for students in grades nine through 12. It provides classes in accounting, business foundations, business law, computer applications, digital communication tools, entrepreneurship, information technology in global society and marketing. It offers technology education in construction, transportation, communication and manufacturing. It offers various language courses in German, French, Japanese, Latin and Spanish. Its sports programs include athletics, baseball, basketball, football and wrestling. It organizes speech and debate competitions with the Valparaiso Rotary Club. The school s guidance department offers services, including academic advising, career planning, and personal and social counseling. It also has music and drama department and a media center. It has various bands, including symphonic, concert, jazz, marching and pep, and key and multimedia clubs. Valparaiso High School is located in Valparaiso, Ind.
