Horrible. Florangel cannot take any sort of criticism at all. Her husband dislikes animals and behaved horribly towards my elderly, harmless housecats. When they took this job they knew the cats were part of the our family. They break things all the time. Repeatedly. My showerheads are filthy because they haven't been cleaned. They are defensive as can be about everything. I put up with the nonsense for entirely too long, but during the last six months they kept upping our cleaning service to where they'd given themselves a 20% raise this year. Inflation was at 6% this year. I was O.K. with that, but she got snippy with me when I told them they would have to pay for the stuff they have broken. I have gone out of my way to be helpful to these people, but they are greedy, defensive and sloppy. They also seriously need to buy a better vacuum because the past six months has been just awful with the cat hair everywhere. I've had to vacuum myself. They miss lots and lots of details, expect YOU to clean before they show up, you must provide your own cleaning supplies, and their defensiveness over any critique is just ridiculous and unprofessional. Do not expect any loyalty from these people. They will take advantage of you and then leave you high and dry when it becomes the slightest bit inconvenient for them. After putting up with their far too sloppy service for months, today they gave me one week's notice by text. That was after they cashed their sizeable Christmas bonus and I gave them Christmas gifts.
