After what happened to us, I would not let these people near your home! We were selling our home in an emergency situation and had already moved out of state. After this man went to inspect our home for a buyer the A/C was left on ridiculously low for at least a month and water leaked from the ceiling all down the walls damaging a lot of the home. It was a beautiful old house that has been around longer than most of us and it was in horrible shape after the inspector and irresponsible realtors were done with it. The buyer dropped out and we had to sell for less than we bought it for to begin with. Our finances were nearly ruined from the electric bill as well and we have a special needs child to take care of besides the mother of the family being very ill. When we confronted the realtors and this inspector. No one wanted to take responsibility of course. We were apparently lied to that he contacted his insurance because no one contacted us ever. If we could go to court we would have done so a long time ago. The way this was done makes me even suspect something criminal. The best you could do is not move to the Sherman area to begin with because these people are heartless and won't stand by their work!
