Took my daughter's prom dress into the cleaners and asked it they could clean it with out any problems with the beading work. They responded by saying it would be no problem. I Got the dress back with the beadwork absolutely falling off and patches greater than 1" missing. Called very politely to the owner and she stated that she could not refund my money.



Sadly, she could have done the right thing and made a happy patron, and I would have used them again.



Bad business!

The worst dry cleaning ever. My jacket came back with more stains than when I brought it in with a little note attached about the remaining stains and and further attempts to remove them would result in injury to the color. Well I went home, took a washcloth with some hot water and soap a little scrubbing and presto mo more stains. The two blouses were ok. And for this I paid $23.71. Will ever use them again. I only checked one star because it would not post without one.

Excellent, professional quality service. Not only do they care for my clothes, they care about me. Would never take my dry cleaning or laundry anywhere else.
