The staff is nice and that is where it ends. The doc is quite the jerk. He does not talk much and seems to not like dogs. We get our largest dogs nails done and he hits him in the head with clippers. Take our youngest in to get spade and we never get a call to get stitches removed we had to keep calling to see when. We also had Herr nails clipped and low and behold he cuts to far down and now a day later we find blood spots all through the house. I don't recommend taking dogs or any animals to him. We tried a few different times with him and still got the same result every time. We will drive to sherman for quality vet care.

We went to Dr. Bing for the first time after seeing all the positive reviews. I was pleased to quickly get an appointment and we made the 25 minute drive to his office. Our cat had a cut very close to his eye. We wanted to get a professional opinion because the wound was swollen and it continued to bleed. We had to wait 15-20 minutes until Dr. Bing came out. We didn't fill out any paperwork and they never weighed the cat. Dr. Bing wasn't very friendly and didn't introduce himself. He spent all of 2 minutes looking at our cat, gave him a shot and said he will be OK. It took him about 5 minutes to handle us. The bill was $72 for the "exam" and $50 for the shot. I just called their office and described what happened. The girl that answered really didn't seem to care and didn't try to rectify the situation. The exam wasn't very thorough, the service wasn't friendly and $122 for this visit is way too high. We will never go back!

Can't go wrong here. Excellent pet care at very affordable prices. Dr. Bing puts care above all else.
